What is Project Empowerment?
Project Empowerment is a free five-week session designed to cultivate empathy in young children and provide them with tools to deal with situations where they feel bullied, excluded, isolated, or targeted.
Why Does it Matter?
Stats are alarming. One in 5 students between the ages of 12-18 years have experienced some form of bullying. Almost 49% of children in grades 4- 12 reported being bullied by other students at school.
