We’re excited to share online modules of Project Empowerment sessions for elementary-aged kids.
Our team has developed a series of interactive online learning modules based on our empathy, kindness, and anti-bullying curriculum.
Module 1: Introduction & Self Love
The first module introduces students to becoming “Care Agents” who use emotional intelligence (EQ) to spread kindness and stand up against bullying. Through empathy, self-care, and the Circle of Compassion, participants learn how small actions can create big change in their homes, schools, and communities.
Module 2: Family
The second module focuses on training children to use emotional intelligence (EQ) at home, where kindness begins. Students learn how to support their families through empathy, gratitude, and everyday actions that make home a place of care and connection.
Module 3: Community & School
The third module helps students use their emotional intelligence (EQ) to build healthy friendships and recognize and respond to bullying. It also shows them how to become upstanders who create safer, kinder schools and communities.
Module 4: World Around Us
The final module empowers students to take their emotional intelligence (EQ) beyond home and school, using empathy and small acts of service to make a meaningful difference in the world around them. Students get to select a service project dear to their heart and plan to execute it.

Our team has been busy developing a series of interactive online learning modules based on our empathy, kindness, and anti-bullying curriculum. These self-paced modules will feature:
- Engaging lessons that bring real-world scenarios to life
- Interactive activities to help reinforce skills in empathy and communication
- Practical strategies that students can use to cultivate empathy and fight bullying
By offering an online option for this course, we’ll be able to support more children. Stay tuned for updates as we prepare to roll out the first set of modules in the coming months.
